World's Most Dangerous Animals

Humans

   Humans are responsible for more deaths than any other animal, through activities such as warfare, homicide, and accidental deaths.Humans are doing many harmful things to the environment. For example, we are rapidly changing large portions of the environment, such as when we cut down a forest to make way for a town. This is harmful because all forms of life live in the forests — from the tops of the trees to deep into the ground. So once the forests are gone, most of the life that was there is gone, too.

Mosquitoes

 Mosquitoes are  responsible for more human deaths than any other animal, due to their ability to transmit diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, and Zika virus.

Box jellyfish

Box jellyfish are  found in the waters of Australia, the box jellyfish has venomous tentacles that can cause cardiac arrest and death in as little as 5 minutes.

Crocodiles

Saltwater crocodile - found in the waters of Southeast Asia and Australia, these large reptiles are the largest living crocodile species and have a reputation for attacking and killing humans.These large reptiles are found in many parts of the world and are responsible for hundreds of human deaths each year.

Lions

Lions  are known to attack on  humans if they feel threatened or if they are unable to find their usual prey.Lions are very dangerous, as they are predators and carnivores. They will hunt their prey in groups, kill it, and eat it. Lions are strong animals that can kill big mammals, which are mainly their prey in the wild. They also can quickly kill an adult human or even a child

Dart Frogs

 Poisonous dart frogs found in Central and South America, these brightly colored frogs are highly toxic and can cause paralysis or death if their venom enters the bloodstreamThese frogs have different color.Poison dart frogs get their toxicity from some of the insects they eat. The insects feed on plants that have toxins and those toxins build up within the frog.Its poison can kill 10 adult people.

Cone Snail

Cone snails,or cones,are highly venomous sea snails of the family belong to Conidae.Fossils of cone snails have been found from the Eocene to the Holocene epochs.Cone snails species have  shells that are roughly conical in shape.Many species have colorful patterning on the shell surface.Cone snails poison can kill upto 20 adult man or an elephant.

Hippopotamus

Hippopotamus - despite their herbivorous diet, hippos are extremely territorial and aggressive, and have been known to attack and kill humans.

Cape buffalo

Cape buffalo - these large, aggressive animals and extremely unpredictable in their behavior and once they have decided to attack, the outcome of the fight is often already determined .That make Cape buffalos worthy of the name Black Death.Cape buffalos are responsible for killing 200 people per year.

African Elephant

African elephant - while not typically aggressive, elephants can become dangerous if they feel threatened or their young are in danger.

King Cobra

The king cobra (Ophiophagus hannah) is a highly venomous snake found primarily in forests and jungles across Southeast Asia and India. It is the world's longest venomous snake and can grow up to 18 feet in length, although the average length is around 10-13 feet.

King cobras are known for their distinctive hood, which they expand when threatened or agitated. The hood is created by extending the ribs behind the snake's head and is used to intimidate predators or prey.
King cobras are solitary and highly territorial snakes. They are also known for their aggressive behavior, especially when threatened or cornered. When confronted, they will often raise their bodies off the ground and sway back and forth, hissing loudly as a warning to potential predators

Black Mamba

The black mamba (Dendroaspis polylepis) is a highly venomous snake found primarily in sub-Saharan Africa. It is widely considered to be one of the most dangerous snakes in the world, with venom that can cause paralysis and death in humans within hours of a bite.

                    The black mamba is a relatively large snake, with an average length of around 8-10 feet. It is also one of the fastest snakes in the world, capable of moving at speeds of up to 12 miles per hour. The snake's coloration can vary from brown to gray, but it is most commonly a shiny, jet-black color, hence the name "black mamba." 

                   The black mamba is known for its aggression and can be highly territorial. It will often stand its ground and strike repeatedly when it feels threatened or cornered

Komodo Dragon

                The Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis) is a species of lizard found primarily on the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, and Gili Motang. It is the world's largest lizard, growing up to 10 feet in length and weighing as much as 150 pounds.Komodo dragons are apex predators and are known for their powerful jaws and sharp teeth, which they use to hunt and kill prey such as deer, pigs, and water buffalo. They are also known for their venomous saliva, which contains a cocktail of toxins that can cause blood loss, shock, and even death in their prey.

                Despite their fearsome reputation, Komodo dragons are generally not aggressive towards humans unless they feel threatened or provoked. They have poor eyesight but an excellent sense of smell, and they use their long, forked tongues to detect the scents of their prey

Scorpion

         The world's most dangerous scorpion is considered to be the Indian Red Scorpion (Mesobuthus tamulus). This species is found primarily in India and Sri Lanka, but can also be found in other parts of South Asia.

         The venom of the scorpion is highly toxic and can cause symptoms such as intense pain, convulsions, paralysis, and even death in humans. Children and the elderly are particularly vulnerable to the effects of the venom.The  Scorpion is a nocturnal predator, hunting for prey such as insects and other small invertebrates. It is also known for its defensive behavior and will often sting when threatened or cornered
